Remembrance Sunday

Between 08:00 & 13:00 on Sunday, the following roads Sankey Street, Market Gate, Bridge Street, Warrington Bridge (Lane Closures), Warrington New Bridge (Lane Closures), Knutsford Road, Bridgefoot and Mersey Street will be closed to traffic. This means that the following services will operate diversions for this period.

CAT5 & CAT6 will operate via  Midland Way to Crosfield Street, Slutchers Lane and back to Brian Bevan Island to resume normal route.

Service 1 will operate via Midland Way to Crosfield Street, Slutchers Lane, Gainsborough Road and Loushers Lane omitting stops between Legh Street and Wash Lane.

Service 2 will operate the reverse via Wash Lane, Loushers Lane, Gainsborough Road and Slutchers Lane omitting stops between Wash Lane and Academy Way.

Service 28A and 25 will operate via Scotland Road and Dial Street omitting Legh Street to Academy Way.

Serivce 14, 16, 17 & 32 will operate via Midland Way to Priestley Street before resuming normal route.

Penketh & Sankey Remembrance Day Parade (between the hours of 09:00-13:00)

Roads affected by the parade are Honiton Way, Greystone Road, Heath Road, St. Mary’s Road, Liverpool Road, The Dale.

Stockton Heath Remembrance Day Parade (between the hours of 10:30-11:30)

Roads affected by the parade are London Road, Ellesmere Road.

Lymm Remembrance Day Parade (between the hours of 09:30-1200)

Roads affected by the parade are Davies Way, Brookfield Road, Church Road.

Culcheth Remembrance Day Parade (between the hours of 10:00-13:00)

Roads affected by the parade are Wigshaw Lane, Common Lane, Warrington Road, Church Lane.

Grappenhall Remembrance Day Parade (between the hours 09:30-12:00)

Roads affected by the parade are Stockport Road, Stanton Road, Thelwall New, All Saints Drive, Bell Lane, Lymm Road.
