Super Summer Service
Warrington’s Super Summer Service – and all of its benefits – runs from Monday 25 July until Tuesday 4 October.
The Super Summer Service will bring enhanced timetables, with more frequent buses every evening, every day. Get ready for:
- Enhanced timetables: Buses within the Warrington network will be rolling out an improved evening service, from 7pm, seven days a week - including a new Sunday evening service!
- Super-cheap fares: After 7pm every evening, buy a single ticket to any destination within the borough – on any Warrington’s Own Buses, Arriva or Go North West bus – for a maximum of £2 for adults and £1 for children
- Unlimited concessionary pass use: There's no restrictions on when concessionary pass holders can use their pass. People who catch the bus from a Warrington bus stop will no longer have to wait until 9.30am for their pass to be valid, and can get on-board at any time of day, seven days a week
Explore Warrington by bus
Funded by Local Transport Fund money allocated to the council by the Department for Transport, the ‘Super Summer Service’ is the latest part of Warrington Borough Council's work to invest in local bus services.
During the Super Summer Service campaign, you'll have better connectivity to key town centre locations, including Time Square, Golden Square, the Cultural Quarter and the Youth Zone - plus the many places you can visit in Warrington outside the town centre, whilst making the most of cheaper fares and big benefits for concessionary passengers.
So, why not leave the car at home and hop on a bus this summer?
